History
 After working at a music store in Beaumont for 20 years, I decided it was time to start something new in my hometown of Lumberton. The Guitar Lesson Studio first opened in September 2004. In January of 2005, Keith Dunbar, started teaching lessons here, and a couple of months later we started selling small items like strings and picks. We have now grown to include all types of instruments such as guitars, basses, banjos, mandolins, violins, amps, cases, microphones, effects, and all kinds of accessories. As of May 2007, we have added guitar/bass instructor Michael Wiggins. We are continuing to grow and look forward to serving our customers for many years to come.

Robbie Leviness
       (Guitar)

Lifelong resident of Lumberton.
Started playing guitar at age 14. Played in some local bands, and now currently plays
at Praise Christian Center in Beaumont. Robbie has been teaching guitar for 24 yrs. 

  Karrie Ferris 
        (Piano)
 Karrie has been playing piano since she was 5 yrs old.  She took formal lessons for 12 years, and for the past 15 years has played in several bands and at many weddings and events.  She has been teaching for 6 years and currently plays in the worship band at Praise Christian center in Beaumont.  

Keith Dunbar

Keith is from China, Tx
He is a former student
of Robbie's. Started playing at age 15, and has been teaching at Guitar Lesson Studio for 6 yrs.


Michael Wiggins
   (Guitar & Bass)

Michael teaches bass & guitar.
Graduated Westbrook High '03
Currently a music major at Lamar University. Michael has been playing gigs in Beaumont for the past 7 yrs, and has been teaching at Guitar Lesson Studio for 4 yrs.
